The mission of the Rankin County Historical Society is to preserve the history of Rankin County, Mississippi and serve as a resource for the surrounding communities.
The museum location:
The museum is located within the Brandon City Park on US Hwy 80 in Brandon, Mississippi. The museum consist of three tourable buildings---the Atkins-McRae Store, the Neely-Wilson House, and the Goshen Springs Post Office.

The Rankin County Historical Society would welcome you to be involved in helping preserve the history of Rankin County. We meet at 10:00 A.M. the second Saturday of each month at the Museum site located in the Brandon City Park.

$7.50 for married couples, $5 for individuals, $2.00 for associates and $1.00 for all students
